reservation Refund Policy
There are no refunds of deposits. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date or put on a gift card if the change occurs 48 hours in advance of the original reservation. If you book your reservation date within 48 hours, your deposit cannot be refunded, transferred, or placed on a gift card.
By making a reservation, you agree to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time or risk losing your reservation.
Refunds are not available for online purchases of admission to special events (i.e. Wine Tasting Events).
