Our party packages start at $24.99 per participant and go up to $34.99 per participant.

All parties require a 10 participant minimum along with a $75 deposit non-refundable deposit and an e-signature on HeyDay’s Event Policies which will be sent via email after we receive your online reservation.

We allow birthday parties to be booked online or over the phone with one of our Birthday Coordinators. Parties may be booked up until 7 days prior to the party date.

Yes, we allow outside dessert to be brought it if you book a birthday. We DO NOT allow ice cream products to be brought in along with any other food or drink.

We do allow our guests to decorate. However we provide all plates, cups, napkins, and utensils for each participating birthday guest. We allow free standing decorations only. We DO NOT allow decorations to be taped to the walls, windows or hung from the ceiling.

We require final participant count 5 business days prior to your party date. Past 5:00PM on this date, your guaranteed guest count is locked in and we can no longer make reductions in participating guest count. Day of additions in participating guest count will be limited based on availability upon arrival.

Any increases in participating guest count are limited based on availability the day of your scheduled party.

In the event of cancellation, the $75 party deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The $75 deposit is transferable in the event of rescheduling.
